Hello! And congratulations on your decision to enter into your New Life Covenant of marriage! My name is Rafael Bastien-Herrera. I’ve been in ministry for some time now and, it would be my utmost pleasure to be part of your lifelong commitment to each other. I am an ordained minister in California and can perform marriage ceremonies, re-commitment ceremonies, renewal of vows ceremonies and more. I also offer pre-marital counseling for both the young and older couples. I am fluently bilingual and can also perform ceremonies in Spanish, English or both. I hold a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry with an emphasis in Theology and an M.A. in Mass Communications. Although I hold academic degrees and firmly believe in education, I believe that the Bible has the answers to many of life’s questions and problems that many experience daily. I firmly believe that marriage is between a man and a woman who sincerely love and care for one another and, I also believe that as you both ask the Lord to be an important part of your union, He will bless all you, both, put your hands to do.
