We are a wedding ministry in the Lutheran (Protestant Evangelical) tradition, which offers Christian and Non Denominational wedding ceremonies in Puerto Rico. We officiate weddings at churches, homes, hotels, restaurants, gardens, beaches or almost anywhere. We have 3 main advantages for couples wishing to marry in Puerto Rico; they are: 1.) We do not make denominational distinctions, 2.) We do not require pre-nuptial classes, retreats, 3.) We are mobile. We officiate weddings almost anywhere in Puerto Rico. All our wedding honoraries include the following services:

1. Wedding Ceremony
2. Paper work filing with Government after ceremony.
3. Licensed and Uniformed Minister

Passport Law: There has been so much confusion regarding the new Western Hemishpere Travel Initiative which has resulted in many misinformed travel agents, airline employees, TSA agents, etc., that I have to put this as a headline. As part of the new Caribbean Passport travel law that went into effect this January 2007, you need a passport to visit any NON US owned Caribbean island and Mexico. The US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are exempt because we are owned by the US. So all you need and will continue to need is a US drivers license or a US birth certificate. There is a link to the Dept of State website that discusses the law on my FAQ page. PLEASE spread the word!!!

Below is a checklist of things you need in order to get married in Puerto Rico. It is important to clarify that all legal marriages, whether the ceremony is Christian or Non-Denominational, have to comply with the same following requirements in order to be legal:

*Photo ID and Birth Certificate.
*Proof of Divorce or Death Certificate (if applicable).
*Request Marriage License Document from Demographic Registry Office.
*Blood test within 14 days of wedding ceremony.
*Registered Doctor must certify blood test in marriage license within 10 days prior to wedding ceremony.
*Both parties must present all documents (blood test, doctor certification etc) to Demographic Registry and purchase a $20.00 Internal Revenue Stamp (sold at the same office in San Juan).
*A Marriage Certificate Document is given to be filled out by wedding officiant (minister, judge etc).
*After the wedding, officiant must submit signed documents to the Demographic Registry Office within 10 days after ceremony takes place.
